The CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) unanimously approved the addition. ACIP member Dr. Nirav Shah said the decision Thursday does not mean the shots will be mandated for children, Reuters reported. “The decision around school entrance for vaccines rests where it did before, which is with the state level, the county level and at the municipal level,” Shah said. Responding to the news on Thursday, Greene said she is “adamantly opposed to the Covid-19 vaccine being added to children’s vaccine schedule,” adding that thousands “of covid vaccine injuries & deaths on [the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System] have never been investigated....
