Dallas’ outspoken owner Mark Cuban, while fielding questions, was asked about ESPN reporter Chris Broussard’s report that Cuban was “driving around downtown Houston begging ([through] texts) Jordan’s family [for] address to DeAndre’s home.”

Cuban answered that question by saying of Broussard, “My sources say he’s an idiot.”
Broussard’s report caught a lot of attention at the time because of how absurd it was. He later apologized and said his report was inaccurate, but only after Cuban humiliated him on Twitter.
“That’s is the dumbest s— I’ve ever heard. If you had any ethics [you] would [message] me and I will give [you] his address,” Cuban tweeted at the time. “How about this. You post any proof I was calling/texting his friends asking anything I give 100k to charity of [your] choice.”
