“We know what Mandla can offer to the team. It’s up to the coach, whether they are going to sign him permanently or not. He is a young an exciting boy,” Mashamaite told Goal.

The 27-year-old Masango has made five PSL appearances so far, while scoring two goals in the process.

“The young boys (in the team) can learn a lot from him - so he is a good addition. So I hope his move becomes permanent,” Mashamaite said.

As for 2015 PSL Player of the Year Mashamaite, he is not worried with his lack of game-time at Matsatsantsa.

Though, he has featured in the Caf Confederations Cup against Elgeco Plus from Madagascar.

“No, I am not worried. I have just recovered from an injury. I played in the Caf game against the Madagascan team and you have to learn how to walk first before you can fly," he added.

“So, I am not in a rush. I know I am fit enough to do the job if the coach decides that I need to get out there,” Mashamaite concluded.
