The Giants right-hander will meet with the noted surgeon this week, the San Jose Mercury News reports. Cain had been pitching with bone chips that were causing inflammation in the elbow. He was placed on the disabled list last week. An MRI exam revealed no damage to the ligament associated with Tommy John surgery, but the Giants still want Andrews to take a look.
