Nobody won the Mega Millions lottery draw last night, so the jackpot is now worth an estimated $121 million with a cash option of $96.7 million. Nobody won the $1 million prize by matching five numbers either, therefore nobody won the $4 million prize by using the Megaplier, which was X4 last night.

Ten players won $10,000 by matching four numbers and the Mega Ball and one of these players multiplied their prize to $40,000 using the Megaplier.

More than 150 players won $500 by matching four numbers and 35 of these winners multiplied their prize to $2,000. More than 450 players won $200 by matching three numbers and the Mega Ball and more than 90 of these players used the Megaplier to multiply their prizes to $800.

Thousands of players won smaller prizes in last night’s Mega Millions draw, too. More than 22,000 players won $10 by matching either three numbers or two numbers and the Mega Ball, and more than 4,000 players multiplied their prizes to $40.

Additionally, more than 300,000 players won prizes ranging from $2 to $16 by matching just the Mega Ball or one number and the Mega Ball, with more than 50,000 players using the Megaplier.

To take part in the next Mega Millions draw, in which the jackpot is worth an estimated $121 million, purchase a ticket for $2 from a licensed lottery retailer, with the option of adding a Megaplier to your ticket for an additional $1.

Choose five numbers from 1 through 70 for the white balls and one number from 1 to 25 for the gold Mega Ball. Players will win prize if the numbers on one row of their ticket match the numbers of the balls drawn on that date. In the Mega Millions lottery, there are nine ways to win a prize, ranging from $2 to the jackpot.

In most states, excluding the jackpot the prizes are set at predetermined amounts. But in California, the prizes are based on sales and the number of winners.

The overall odds of winning any prize in the lottery are 1 in 24, no matter the size of the jackpot or number of tickets purchased. However, the odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 302,575,350 while the odds of winning $2 are 1 in 36.

The next Mega Millions drawing will be held on April 3, at 11 p.m. ET. The sales deadline varies by state but is typically between an hour and two of the drawing.
