The “seven hours” comment is pretty telling of Rose’s stance on Sunday night games in general; he’s among those who feel Sundays should be for afternoon games for all teams across the sport.
To lengthen Rose’s night just a bit more, the Mets got it handed to them: New York wound up on the wrong end of a three-game series sweep at the hands of the Dodgers.
