The play was about as close as you could get, with Peoples-Jones’ feet coming down at pracitcally the same time, with one in-bounds and the other out. As Fox continued to show replays, an extreme slow-mo appeared to show Peoples-Jones first foot just barely getting down in-bounds first.

So, was it a touchdown? Refs ultimately decided there wasn’t enough evidence to call it a score. And as fate would have it, the Wolverines turned the ball over on the next play, escaping the drive without points.
Naturally, Michigan fans weren’t too happy about the call.
