The incident apparently unfolded near Dunkirk during a traffic stop on May 7, but the driver posted his recording of the stop Wednesday. The driver, Ray Harris Jr., reportedly was arrested and spent eight hours in jail. He was charged with failing to obey a lawful order, but the charge has since been dropped, according to WTTG. The lawsuit, filed by Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey, accuses Grubhub of violating caps that prohibited third-party delivery service platforms from charging fees that surpass 15 percent of an order’s menu price.
