The Montana Medical Association, private physician groups, a hospital in Missoula and and seven individuals filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in Missoula on Wednesday, claiming the law stands in the way of providers’ ability to “practice ethical and effective medicine.” The lawsuit says that requiring providers to employ unvaccinated workers, who are more likely to spread infections and diseases, hurts their ability to provide care to patients....
